VC CASINO.COM SPONSOR FULL AFTERNOON CARD AT NEWMARKET

VC Casino.com are sponsoring at Newmarket for the first time, supporting all seven races on the afternoon card on the July Course on Saturday, June 24, including the feature £20,000 Play VC Casino.com Handicap.

Simon Kershaw, Newmarket Racecourses' Commercial Manager, said: "The bookmaking arm of Victor Chandler has been a longstanding sponsor at Newmarket through the VC Bet Challenge Stakes on the NatWest Rowley Mile, while for the first time this year they will also be sponsoring the Aphrodite Stakes, a Listed Race on the July Course on Saturday, July 22.

"To now welcome the company's on-line casino arm to Newmarket as a major new sponsor is excellent news for us. Sponsorship at the Home of Racing has been thriving over recent years and VC Casino.com are one of several new sponsors that we will be unveiling here this summer."

Rupert Thacker, Marketing Manager at VC Casino.com, added: "We are delighted to be involved at Newmarket, even more so that we are able to sponsor a whole meeting on the July Course.

"We have had great success with our other horse racing sponsorships this year and look forward to this one being the best yet!"
