REVELEY HOPING FOR BIG-RACE DOUBLE WITH TOTESPORT.COM EIDER FAVOURITE JASS

A total of twenty-two horses have been entered for the totesport.com Eider Chase at Newcastle on Saturday afternoon and the sponsors have made Jass the 5/1 favourite for the 4m1f event.

Keith Reveley's gelding has been progressive over staying trips this season and was last seen winning comfortably over 4 miles at Doncaster at the end of January.

Lyes Green was second behind Jass at the South Yorkshire track but reopposes on Saturday off a nine pound better mark and is next in the market at 8/1. Obaki de Grissay is the other 8/1 joint-second favourite for the Eider with Morgan Be a 9/1 shot.

'Keith Reveley seems to hold all the aces in staying handicap chases in the north at the moment and will be hoping Jass can collect another big prize in the totesport.com Eider after Rambling Minster's win at Haydock last Saturday,' said totesport spokesman George Primarolo.

totesport have also opened their book on Saturday's Racing Post Chase at Kempton, with recent Doncaster scorer Big Fella Thanks their 7/2 favourite ahead of Tom George's Nacarat at 10/1.
