TOTESPORT CHELTENHAM SPECIALS

Totesport have opened betting on how many Irish-trained winners there will be at the Cheltenham Festival, making eight, nine, and 10 winners or more, the 7-2 co favourites.

Spokesman Damian Walker said: "Last year's huge haul of 10 Irish winners was a Festival record, and they will do well to match or beat that this year.

"The home team will have plenty of short-priced favourites such as Denman, Gungudu, Wichita Lineman and Fair Along including the likely market leaders in the four championship races.

"As usual, the success of the Irish challenge could hinge on the handicaps."
