For the third consecutive year, friendly bookie Barry Dennis has generously offered to give away thousands of high quality Christmas puddings to everyone who attends his favourite Christmas race meetings. This year, for the first time, at Royal Windsor's National Hunt meeting on Saturday, December 18 and, as before, at Lingfield Park on Wednesday, December 22.

Royal Windsor hosts the prestigious relocated two day jumping fixture from neighbouring Ascot on Friday and Saturday, December 17 and 18 featuring the Telectronics Long Walk Hurdle on Saturday. As well as the excellent quality racing, there will be Christmas entertainment for all the family including Christmas carols, a brass band, Santa and his helpers and FREE Christmas Puddings courtesy of Barry Dennis. In addition, the "Voice of Racing" Sir Peter O'Sullevan will be signing copies of his latest book "Peter O'Sullevan's Horse Racing Heroes" on both Friday and Saturday at Royal Windsor.

The Smirnoff Ice Rink at Lingfield Park continues to be a popular attraction since Barry opened it on November 27; it is open on race days and non-race days alike as well as evenings and weekends until January 5. Lingfield stages six more race meetings during December including Wednesday December 22 - a fun filled day for all the family with Santa and his little ponies pulling a sleigh, lots of presents for the children and Barry's FREE Christmas puddings for everyone!

Mulled wine and Christmas fayre will be served at both courses, and there is still some limited space for lunch bookings in the restaurants and private suites overlooking the racecourses.
